General Shipping Information
- Hoover.com no longer ships to Canada, The Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, a PO Box, an APO, or other military address. These addresses can still be used for a billing address, but you will need to ship to a different address. If you need to ship products to any of these types of addresses, please call our customer service department to place the order at (800) 944-9200 Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST.
- Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be sent via Express shipping and may be subject to higher shipping charges. Actual shipping charges will be displayed on the Order Review page. Standard and Next Day shipping are not available.
- RECONDITIONED UNITS are not eligible for second day or express shipping. Orders may take up to 6 business days to leave our warehouse. This also includes units marked refurbished or remanufactured.
- All orders will be processed for shipment within one to two business days and received at your home within seven to ten days.
- Shipment and delivery days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays. We do not make Saturday deliveries.
- Standard (5-7 Days), Express (2-Day), and Next Day (Overnight) shipping costs are determined by the total dollar value of the order before tax in US Dollars.
- Express and Overnight orders must be received by 7:00 a.m. EST to be processed that day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays).
- Please allow two business days after your order is processed according to the above criteria for Express orders.
- Express and Overnight orders can only be shipped to US addresses and must be processed by credit card.

All dollar amounts shown on Hoover.com are in U.S. dollars. Payment is accepted using Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Residents of the United States may also pay by personal check.
Canadian Customers
